Ghanaians with Massive Followers on Twitter.

In Ghana being verified on Twitter is seen as an Upgrade and Recognition of one’s personality Status which most people wish to gain over the years in Ghana. Most “Popular” personalities who have excelled in their field of work have large followers, Which opens up wider coverage of any information they intend to relay to their fans and whether negative or positive some of them have been able to achieve what they intend doing.

Do you look down on people with no VERIFIED TWITTER PAGE?
A Twitter verification is visible by a small blue checkmark next to a user’s name confirming a user’s identity. but Twitter issued a statement to that effect that..

Verification was meant to authenticate identity & voice but it is interpreted as an endorsement or an indicator of importance. We recognize that we have created this confusion and need to resolve it. We have paused all general verifications while we work and will report back soon
