MTN 4G Taking Over” Promotion administered by MTN, in which Participants accumulate points after every pesewa spent on the network during the promo period.
The 4G migration promo is a usage driven points -based system designed to reward All MTN PAYG as well as PM customers both existing and new ones who are MTN 4G /LTE users. For clarity purpose, 4G users are customers who use 4G SIMs in 4G compatible handsets. Once a customer satisfies these two conditions, customer will qualify for winner selection at the end of each promo month based on points accrued on brand usage. Those who don’t satisfy these two conditions will merely accrue points but will not be eligible for monthly winner rankings and rewards irrespective of points accrued.
All MTN customers will accrue points based on spend and usage. Thus, customers will be rewarded with 1 point for every pesewa spent on voice calls. By this, customers will earn 100 promo points for every Ghc1.00 spent
To incentivise customers to use more data, amount spend on data will accrue double points compared to same amount spend on voice. Thus, whereas GHC1.00 spent on voice will earn 100 promo points, GHC1.00 spent on data will earn 200 promo points
Promo is not subscription based for PAYG customers but eligible PM Customers will have to opt in before participation. Subscription among PM customers will however not attract any special tariff.
